Provisions

§          All packages are subject to change at any time without prior notification to any package holders.

§          The Bull at Pinehurst Farms reserves the right to close the golf course for any outing or tournaments at any time without prior notification to any package holder.

§          All package holders must follow all course rules and regulations as well as all policies and procedures of The Bull.  The Bull reserves the right to revoke your package at any time due to any violation of these rules or policies.

§          All times are subject to tee time availability.

§          Buyers of the Corporate Package must present company ID at the time of purchase.

§          Corporate package holders must use their rounds of golf in the calendar year in which they were purchased.

§          At least two (2) players are required to secure a tee time.  The golf shop reserves the right to fill tee times with less then four players.

§          Package holders are required to play with all guests.

§          Guest rates may be applied to one (1) foursome per visit. Additional guests per visit will be charged the Sheboygan County Resident Rate.

§          There are no refunds or credits issued on any package and no monies will be refunded for any reasons related to weather, rate changes, seasonal specials, etc.

§          None of the benefits of the packages may be applied to any tournament or golf outing entry fee.  A package holder must pay the appropriate fee associated with any tournament or outing deemed by the association or organization hosting the event. 

§          Any discounts associated with the above packages can not be applied to merchandise, food, and/or beverages that are already discounted (Early Bird, Senior Discounts, etc).

§          The Bull at Pinehurst Farms reserves the right create, amend or delete any policies, procedures or rules concerning the golf course, restaurant, banquet facility or package components at any time.
