CHARITY DONATION REQUESTS

We appreciate your choosing The Bull at Pinehurst Farms as a
potential donor for your charity event.

We receive an incredible number of requests on an ongoing basis each year. We recognize that all charity events are important and deserving, and we wish we could contribute whatever is requested from each and every one of them. Unfortunately, we cannot always donate what is requested or meet every request.


DONATION PROCEDURE

We must have, in writing, a cover page with event details, such as cause, place, date, time, and contact information with an email, phone number and physical address. These requests may be emailed, mailed or dropped off at The Bull. We will look over all the requests and fulfill as many as reasonably possible.

Two Different Ways to Ensure You Will Receive a Donation

 1. Purchase a portion of the donation. If you buy one round of golf, we will donate one round. We will sell the round to you at our pre-sold rate of $100 per round. Each round has a value of $150, includes a golf cart, and can be used at any time, with the exception of US Open Week (June 15-17, 2017).OR


2. Consider The Bull at Pinehurst Farms as the host site for your event. Allow us to provide a proposal for this year’s event, next year’s event, or another event your charity might be hosting. We have a wealth of experience hosting golf events, charity dinners/auctions, award banquets, and other charity events.

We realize that not everyone has a budget that allows purchases to be made, and that some events simply cannot move to a new location such as The Bull. We do consider all donation requests that come in on an individual basis and do our very best to help out.


Types of Donations

 

• You purchase one round and we’ll donate one round. Cart and range included.
• Two Rounds of 18 Holes of Golf donated by The Bull – golf cart not included.
• We will only donate two or more rounds with cart if your charity event is held at The Bull.
• Merchandise: We may sell some merchandise to you at a discount off the retail price for use in your silent auctions and/or raffles. Documentation that the product will be used in this way is required.
• Gift Certificates: You may purchase gift certificates for use in silent auctions or raffles at a potential 25-50% savings (ownership will determine discount). A voucher will be provided for use at your event. You must later supply us with the name and address of the person receiving the certificate and we will mail it to them after the event.
