DEFINITION

“Resident” refers to any immediate family member who resides within the household. Students must reside in the house for at least 3 months and be 21 years or younger to be eligible for this offer. Unmarried residents may extend these privileges to their “significant other.”

PRIVILEGES

• Unlimited greens fees for one year from closing on your lot/condo OR the date of first occupancy. Limited to times when the course is open to the public. Course may be closed for outings, weather conditions, or at any other time at the discretion of the Club Management.

• Cart fees must be paid at all times when riding; the fee is $25 for 18 holes and $12.50 for 9 holes (per cart, not per person). If a resident is playing with a paid guest the cart fee will is included in the guest fee and no cart fee is due from resident.  Walking may be permitted in accordance to club policies.

• Children not accompanied by an adult must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to drive a golf car.  No one under the age of 16 and without a driver’s license may operate a cart.

• Residents must register with the Golf Shop and present proper identification before using the practice facility or golf course. Any resident who uses the practice facility or golf course without registering will be subject to golf privilege suspension for a period of no less than 30 days.
